We know you will be making plans for the summer holiday period. To help you with this, please note the following key dates for learner fee payments:
- Weekly and fortnightly direct debits will be processed as normal over the holiday period and will occur on 25 December 2025, 1 January 2026 and 8 January 2026.
- Monthly direct debits will be processed on 25 December 2025.
- Learner invoices generated between 23 December and 12 January will be sent on 15 January 2026.
- Refunds will be processed on 18 December 2025. The first refunds in 2026 will be processed on 15 January 2026.
- Queries received after 20 December will be responded to from 12 January 2026.
EarnLearn close down period
We will be closed for the summer holiday period from 4pm Tuesday, 23 December 2025 until Monday, 12 January 2026.
