Join our weekly evening support sessions to ask questions and get one-on-one help from an EarnLearn Assessor. All EarnLearn Plumbing, Gasfitting, and Drainlaying apprentices are welcome.

There’s no need to book – just drop in when it suits you by clicking the link in the schedule.

We recommend bringing a list of the online assessments you need assistance with. The following questions will help prepare you for the session:

• What version you are in? e.g. V2, V3 or the new Industry Trained programme
• What is the module number of your assessment? e.g. Module 11, Module 7
• What is the unit standard number of your assessment? e.g. 30616, 30534, 21883
• What questions are you struggling with in that assessment? e.g. Question 7, 15 and 2.
• Any other questions you may have to do with your apprenticeship. We will do our best to answer these.
